I'm a current Lohen customer; what does this mean for me?
In March 2016 we introduced the Lohen Recommendation Programme, where each existing customer will be given a unique customer account number and issued with a loyalty card plus a set of recommendation cards; you’ll need to keep your loyalty card safe but can start to hand out the recommendation cards to all MINI owners brand new to Lohen who haven’t yet visited us and experienced our high standards of service.
When the new customer visits Lohen and mentions your customer account number, we’ll apply a credit worth £25 to your account, to be used when you next visit us in-house. There’s no limit to the number of credits you can earn so it’s a great way to subsidise your next Lohen job; this is our way of rewarding you for introducing new people to the professional service and top-quality products Lohen provides.

We're delighted you have a friend who thinks you'll enjoy what Lohen can offer you and your MINI; let's get your Lohen journey started.
When you book in with the team, be sure to mention the account number of the person who recommended you; not only will they receive their credit (and be eternally grateful to you) but you will automatically have access to our introductory rates on a range of Lohen in-house fitting services. And, of course, once you've had work completed in-house at Lohen, you will then be issued with your own unique account number and be able to start recommending new MINI drivers and earning credits yourself. It really is win/win.
