3J Driveline LSD Differential for MINI Gen 1 & 2
For the best traction through corners, when wanting to push your MINI to the limit, an LSD is the best option.
3J Driveline have produced this plate type differential which limits the amount of slip of the inside wheel and is designed for those applications where the driven wheels lock together to some degree. The amount of lock that occurs and the speed at which this happens can be fine-tuned based on how the differential is set up.
We stock 3J differentials suitable for rallycross, track use and road applications.

Customisable to suit your driving needs the 3J Driveline LSD for the Gen 1 & 2 MINI’s is available in various ramp angles and preloads. When choosing which differential is best for you then it is important to note that the lower the ramp angle the higher the force will be and the steeper the ramp angle the lower the force will be. The more pre-load that is installed into the differential means that less effort is required to compress the plates inside the differential which lock it up.

Lohen offers in-house fitting for all products at our workshop in Eccleshall, Staffordshire. Here are the important things you need to know:
- Fitting Cost - £600 Gen 2 - £720 Gen 1
- Fitting Time - Approximately 7-8 Hours
- Required Additional Items/Services - Gearbox oil, driveshaft seals, driveshaft nuts, diff bearings
- Lohen Recommends - Combining this with a clutch and/or flywheel job. While the subframe is down, why not fit Powerflex front wishbone rear bushes and sharpen up the handling of your MINI?

| Returns & Refunds | Returns and Refund Policy - Refunds are available within 7 days after delivery for products that are unused and are in original packaging. Special order goods are non-refundable. Products that are damaged in transit to or from the customer can be refunded up to 14 days after the product has been delivered. Products returned to us in imperfect, non-resalable condition will not qualify for refund. Products that are faulty due to manufacturing process are refundable under the manufacturers' warranty for a limited time specified in the manufacturer's terms and conditions. These do not apply if the product has been fitted incorrectly or misused, motorsport use could further reduce the manufacturer's warranty. If an order is cancelled or refunded the buyer is responsible for the return of the goods to such address as directed by the supplier and is at the consumer's sole expense. This does not affect your statutory rights. |
