Forge Motorsport Front Mount Intercooler (Countryman & Paceman)
This uprated intercooler has been designed as an upgrade for MINI Countryman Cooper S models. After considerable trials with different intercoolers cores, Forge found that the most efficient for these models, was an intercooler of bar and plate design, and along with a significant overall increase in dimensions they have been able to improve the cooling ability and reduce the pressure loss across the core when compared to a stock unit. This means more power and greater potential for tuning.
Forge's own road and dyno testing showed that their intercooler was twice as efficient as the original intercooler with the inlet temperatures halved.

Q. Does this require a remap? -
A. A remap is not required when fitting an intercooler
Q. How much power will the intercooler add?
A. Intercoolers do not add much in the way of BHP, but the difference they make is noticeable as you will have more power throughout the entire rev range. An enlarged intercooler also enables more power to be extracted from an ECU remap

Fitting Cost - £204 (£306 if fog lights are fitted)
Fitting Time - 2 Hours (3 hours if fog lights are fitted)
Required Additional Items/Services - No additional items or services needed.
Lohen Recommends - Installing a Manic Motorsport Stage 1 ECU tune and NGK high perfromance spark plugs to increase power of the Countryman and Paceman Cooper S models.
Returns and Refund Policy - Refunds are available within 7 days after delivery for products that are unused and are in original packaging. Special order goods are non-refundable. Products that are damaged in transit to or from the customer can be refunded up to 14 days after the product has been delivered. Products returned to us in imperfect, non-resalable condition will not qualify for refund. Products that are faulty due to manufacturing process are refundable under the manufacturers' warranty for a limited time specified in the manufacturer's terms and conditions. These do not apply if the product has been fitted incorrectly or misused, motorsport use could further reduce the manufacturer's warranty. If an order is cancelled or refunded the buyer is responsible for the return of the goods to such address as directed by the supplier and is at the consumer's sole expense. This does not affect your statutory rights.
