The Inspection 1 Service for petrol Generation 1 MINI's.
The Inspection 1 service follow's MINI service guideline and includes the following replacement items:
- Mahle oil filter
- Millers XF Longlife Fully Synthetic Oil (5w30)
- Mahle Pollen FIlter
The following areas on your MINI are inspected and reported on:
Check the lights & headlight flasher
Check Indicators & hazard lights
Check display & control lighting, heater blower
Check operation of horn
Seat Belts - Check condition, reel, locking action, buckle
Inspect all wiper blades & operation of jets
Check brake pad thickness
Check brake discs – thickness & condition
Check correct operation of hand brake
Battery - check battery - recharge if necessary
Body - Check for corrosion, damage and leaks
Coolant - check level & mixture
Brake & Clutch - check fluid level and top up
Steering - Check for play, leaks, dmage and wear
Power steering- visual check for leaks and check level
Brake system joints and lines - Inspect for leaks, damage and corrosion, location
Tyres - check condition, pressure, tread wear and depth
Screen washer - check fluid level and top up
Carry out diagnostic test
Reset service interval
Final inspection - test drive, bed brakes, check steering, clutch and suspension
Stamp service book
