Delivery charges are based on weight (kgs) within the UK and Europe, International orders are based on volumetric weight and may be more than what you pay at checkout. Charges are the same when ordering online, by email or over the phone and include VAT. Items if in stock are dispatched same day (Before 2pm) and sent on a next working day service and includes insurance cover. See our main section below for more details.

Orders under £200 are sent by a DHL Express service that is usually a next day service and costs start from £12 depending on weight.

Europe and Rest of the WorldFor European and rest of the orders, parcels are sent by DHL and costs start from £12 up to 30kg per box. Delivery time takes between 3-7 working days depending on country.

The cleint is responsible for all import duites, taxes and processing fees which are payable to the carrier or carrier agent prior to delivery.

Returns
Refunds are available within 7 days after delivery for products that are unused and are in original packaging. Special order goods are non-refundable. Products that are damaged in transit to or from the customer can be refunded up to 14 days after the product has been delivered.
Refunds
Products returned to us in imperfect, non-resalable condition will not qualify for a refund. Products that are faulty due to the manufacturing process are refundable under the manufacturer's warranty for a limited time specified in the manufacturer's terms and conditions. These do not apply if the product has been fitted incorrectly or misused, motorsport use could further reduce the manufacturer's warranty.
If an order is cancelled or refunded the buyer is responsible for the return of the goods to such address as directed by the supplier and is at the consumer's sole expense. This does not affect your statutory rights.

Terms
1. Gift vouchers are single use only.
2. Gift vouchers entitle the user the amount off their purchase. If the voucher is worth less than the total order amount we will require additional payment to meet the total. If the voucher is worth more than the total order amount, we will reissue a voucher for the remaining amount which can be used on another order.
3. Gift vouchers can be used on the online shop using the voucher/coupon number which is on the gift voucher. When processing an order online there is a space to fill this voucher/coupon number in. The shop will then recalculate your order total.
4. The gift voucher can also be used over the phone, you will need to quote the voucher/coupon number when placing the order with one of our sales advisor.
5. The gift voucher can also be used at our shop in person.
6. As the gift vouchers are single use, please keep them safe. Each voucher comes with a unique voucher/coupon number that is on the voucher. Once this number is used it cannot be used again.
