Delivery charges are based on weight (kgs) within the UK and Europe, International orders are based on volumetric weight and may be more than what you pay at checkout. Charges are the same when ordering online, by email or over the phone and include VAT. Items if in stock are dispatched same day (Before 2pm) and sent on a next working day service and includes insurance cover. See our main section below for more details.

Europe and Rest of the WorldFor European and rest of the orders, parcels are sent by DHL and costs start from £12 up to 30kg per box. Delivery time takes between 3-7 working days depending on country.

Returns
Refunds are available within 7 days after delivery for products that are unused and are in original packaging. Special order goods are non-refundable. Products that are damaged in transit to or from the customer can be refunded up to 14 days after the product has been delivered.
Refunds
Products returned to us in imperfect, non-resalable condition will not qualify for a refund. Products that are faulty due to the manufacturing process are refundable under the manufacturer's warranty for a limited time specified in the manufacturer's terms and conditions. These do not apply if the product has been fitted incorrectly or misused, motorsport use could further reduce the manufacturer's warranty.
If an order is cancelled or refunded the buyer is responsible for the return of the goods to such address as directed by the supplier and is at the consumer's sole expense. This does not affect your statutory rights.

Unlike standard coilovers, the Airrex Air suspension system gives you complete control over your MINI’s ride height. Adjust the height to your personal taste with the touch of a button or choose a preset height option. Air Ride allows you to have super lows when parked for the ultimate stance look, but go back to stock ride height at the click of a button for when driving your MINI.
The Airrex Air Ride air suspension acts in a similar way to 2-way coilovers offering height and damper adjustment. The dampers have 12 clicks of adjustment allowing you to set your MINI’s new suspension to maximum comfort or a firmer setting for improved cornering capabilities.
The benefit of using the Airrex Air Ride system over competing air suspension is due to the fact most of the major components are pre-built into a leak tested wooden enclosure. This saves roughly 10 hours of install labour compared with competing air suspension meaning you only need to make two electrical and for airline connections to install the kit.
The Airrex Air Ride kit is available for all MINI body shapes including hatch, clubman, coupe and countryman.

Lohen Recommends - A set coilover set up and top should chamber adjustment be desired and the addition of a thicker than standard anti-roll bar to reduce body roll and produce a real planted feeling.

What is the height setting range?
Height is set by the control pad, ranging from 0 (Air'd out) to 80-90psi (max strut travel) but this is dependent on where the damper is set, usually set when on the car to take into account the wheel/tyre set up.
Can you select custom preset heights?
Yes, on the control pad you manually select 3 pre-sets.
Can height adjustment be set to the ignition?
The AirREX ECU is wired directly into the battery, this is to regulate battery power and will automatically shut down when it detects low power from the battery.
Are dampers individually height adjustable?
Yes, the actual strut body is a fully threaded body. You must have 60mm-70mm of the strut inside the lower bracket which locates into the hub.
Is the Airrex App supported for MINI?
APP is support for all vehicle types as the Management is universal, available for IOS/Android
Can the suspension be adjusted whilst driving?
Yes, by selecting a pre-set this can be adjusted for manoeuvring over speed bumps etc, but only when the controller is un-locked.
What are the service costs and what is the process?
Very low maintenance, only serviceable items are the struts, dependant on usage/mileage may require replacement seals in 3-4 years, and the tank requires draining of condensation every 2-3 weeks.
What is the warranty?
