The Lohen Mid brake kit (MBK) conversion suits all Gen1 models. The kit replaces the standard calipers and discs at the front with larger items. The calipers produce more braking force whilst the larger discs provide more braking area, which improves bite and resistance to fade.
The Lohen MBK has been designed as an alternative solution to a big brake kit and offers many advantages too. Braking is more balanced and progressive, ideal for everyday use as the brake pedal gives better feedback to the driver.

Delivery charges are based on weight (kgs) within the UK and Europe, International orders are based on volumetric weight and may be more than what you pay at checkout. Charges are the same when ordering online, by email or over the phone and include VAT. Items if in stock are dispatched same day (Before 2pm) and sent on a next working day service and includes insurance cover. See our main section below for more details.

Orders under £200 are sent by a DHL Express service that is usually a next day service and costs start from £12 depending on weight.

Europe and Rest of the WorldFor European and rest of the orders, parcels are sent by DHL and costs start from £12 up to 30kg per box. Delivery time takes between 3-7 working days depending on country.

The cleint is responsible for all import duites, taxes and processing fees which are payable to the carrier or carrier agent prior to delivery.

Returns
Refunds are available within 7 days after delivery for products that are unused and are in original packaging. Special order goods are non-refundable. Products that are damaged in transit to or from the customer can be refunded up to 14 days after the product has been delivered.
Refunds
Products returned to us in imperfect, non-resalable condition will not qualify for a refund. Products that are faulty due to the manufacturing process are refundable under the manufacturer's warranty for a limited time specified in the manufacturer's terms and conditions. These do not apply if the product has been fitted incorrectly or misused, motorsport use could further reduce the manufacturer's warranty.
If an order is cancelled or refunded the buyer is responsible for the return of the goods to such address as directed by the supplier and is at the consumer's sole expense. This does not affect your statutory rights.

The Lohen Mid brake kit (MBK) suits all Gen1 models. The kit replaces the standard calipers and discs at the front with larger items. The calipers produce more braking force whilst the larger discs provide more braking area, which improves bite and resistance to fade.
The Lohen MBK has been designed as an alternative solution to a big brake kit, and offers many advantages too. Braking is more balanced and progressive, ideal for everyday use as the brake pedal gives better feedback to the driver. The kit includes Mintex M1144 pads, an uprated, well-developed, compound ideal for fast road/track day use, and a better pad compound than often used in many big brake kit conversions.
The Lohen MBK is a more subtle brake upgrade compared to a big brake kit, great if you prefer your MINI to be a stealthier fast road sleeper! The kit fits under all standard wheels 16” and upwards so there’s no need to worry about wheel spacers or finding a new set of wheels for it to clear.
Avid track day go-er? Always going through discs and pads? The Lohen MBK offers an inexpensive way of improving your braking system without the high replacement costs associated with some big brake kit conversions. The discs and pads are far cheaper to replace which means you can spend more of your hard earned money on track day admissions and less on replacing general wear and tear items after the last one!
