Delivery charges are based on weight (kgs) within the UK and Europe, International orders are based on volumetric weight and may be more than what you pay at checkout. Charges are the same when ordering online, by email or over the phone and include VAT. Items if in stock are dispatched same day (Before 2pm) and sent on a next working day service and includes insurance cover. See our main section below for more details.

Orders under £200 are sent by a DHL Express service that is usually a next day service and costs start from £12 depending on weight.

Europe and Rest of the WorldFor European and rest of the orders, parcels are sent by DHL and costs start from £12 up to 30kg per box. Delivery time takes between 3-7 working days depending on country.

Returns
Refunds are available within 7 days after delivery for products that are unused and are in original packaging. Special order goods are non-refundable. Products that are damaged in transit to or from the customer can be refunded up to 14 days after the product has been delivered.
Refunds
Products returned to us in imperfect, non-resalable condition will not qualify for a refund. Products that are faulty due to the manufacturing process are refundable under the manufacturer's warranty for a limited time specified in the manufacturer's terms and conditions. These do not apply if the product has been fitted incorrectly or misused, motorsport use could further reduce the manufacturer's warranty.
If an order is cancelled or refunded the buyer is responsible for the return of the goods to such address as directed by the supplier and is at the consumer's sole expense. This does not affect your statutory rights.

The Helix Short Shifter is available for all three MINI Generations. It is an extremely simple device which has been designed to retain the original shift knob position whilst still providing the shortest throw possible for your MINI.
Some other units require you to replace the complete shifter unit, however, the Helix Short Shifter simply extends the original shift level and reduces the throw by approximately 27%.

Fitting Details
Lohen offers in-house fitting for all products at our workshop in Eccleshall, Staffordshire. Here are the important things you need to know:
Fitting Cost - £180
Fitting Time - Approximately 1 - 2 Hours
Required Additional Items/Services - No required additional items or services needed for this product.
Lohen Recommends - To fit the exhaust needs to be removed, you may require exhaust clamps, centre exhaust rubbers if the originals are not in good enough condition to be re-fitted. Also, consider gear cable clips as these can be tricky to remove in one piece on older cars.

I'm not sure which short shift unit is for my car?
Choose 02-03 MINI if you have the grey retaining clip, all other MINIs have a white retaining clip and use the later model of adapter. If you have an 03 or 04 model here's how to check the retaining clip: carefully pull the plastic ring (the bezel) at the bottom of the shifter boot straight up. It will pop off the console to expose four plastic tabs around the perimeter. Look below the bezel at the plastic housing that holds the shifter rod in place with a ball socket. On an '02 or '03, much of the plastic linkage will be white but right where the metal shaft and ball enter the linkage, the plastic will be grey. In the '04 models, the housing will be grey and the ball socket will be white.
