Delivery charges are based on weight (kgs) within the UK and Europe, International orders are based on volumetric weight and may be more than what you pay at checkout. Charges are the same when ordering online, by email or over the phone and include VAT. Items if in stock are dispatched same day (Before 2pm) and sent on a next working day service and includes insurance cover. See our main section below for more details.

Europe and Rest of the WorldFor European and rest of the orders, parcels are sent by DHL and costs start from £12 up to 30kg per box. Delivery time takes between 3-7 working days depending on country.

Returns
Refunds are available within 7 days after delivery for products that are unused and are in original packaging. Special order goods are non-refundable. Products that are damaged in transit to or from the customer can be refunded up to 14 days after the product has been delivered.
Refunds
Products returned to us in imperfect, non-resalable condition will not qualify for a refund. Products that are faulty due to the manufacturing process are refundable under the manufacturer's warranty for a limited time specified in the manufacturer's terms and conditions. These do not apply if the product has been fitted incorrectly or misused, motorsport use could further reduce the manufacturer's warranty.
If an order is cancelled or refunded the buyer is responsible for the return of the goods to such address as directed by the supplier and is at the consumer's sole expense. This does not affect your statutory rights.

Fitting Details
Lohen offers professional, in-house fitting for all products at our workshop in Eccleshall, Staffordshire, ST21 6JL. Here are the important things you need to know:
Fitting Cost: £204 - £408
Fitting Time : Basic install 2 hours. Install plus interior trim fitment allow 4 hours
Required Additional Items/Services: The cat back exhaust is removed to aid installation. Gaskets and clamps are recommended to be on hand.
Lohen Recommend: Choose a Lohen Button Mount Relocation kit to retain cup holders and conveineintly locate the sports buttons.

Q. Will this fit my gearbox?
A. The shifter is suitable for all R sereis Cooper S and JCW MINIs built between 2000 - 2014. Earlier cars pre 2004 will require a gearcable change to those that used on the later cars. Part numbers 25 11 2 753 893 and 25 11 7 594 647 are required. Please select the box "requires gearcables" to add these to your project.
