Delivery charges are based on weight (kgs) within the UK and Europe, International orders are based on volumetric weight and may be more than what you pay at checkout. Charges are the same when ordering online, by email or over the phone and include VAT. Items if in stock are dispatched same day (Before 2pm) and sent on a next working day service and includes insurance cover. See our main section below for more details.

Orders under £200 are sent by a DHL Express service that is usually a next day service and costs start from £12 depending on weight.

Europe and Rest of the WorldFor European and rest of the orders, parcels are sent by DHL and costs start from £12 up to 30kg per box. Delivery time takes between 3-7 working days depending on country.

The cleint is responsible for all import duites, taxes and processing fees which are payable to the carrier or carrier agent prior to delivery.

Returns
Refunds are available within 7 days after delivery for products that are unused and are in original packaging. Special order goods are non-refundable. Products that are damaged in transit to or from the customer can be refunded up to 14 days after the product has been delivered.
Refunds
Products returned to us in imperfect, non-resalable condition will not qualify for a refund. Products that are faulty due to the manufacturing process are refundable under the manufacturer's warranty for a limited time specified in the manufacturer's terms and conditions. These do not apply if the product has been fitted incorrectly or misused, motorsport use could further reduce the manufacturer's warranty.
If an order is cancelled or refunded the buyer is responsible for the return of the goods to such address as directed by the supplier and is at the consumer's sole expense. This does not affect your statutory rights.

If your MINI GP2 is suffering from knocking sounds close to the wheel it may be related to the common problem with certain components that fail within the Bilstein dampers. Thankfully Lohen has identified the parts that have been known to fail and put together an installation kit so your MINI GP2 suspension can be fixed without having to pay for the whole damper to be replaced.
Lohen will strip the Bilstein damper found on the MINI GP2, remove the warn out suspension strut seal and guide bush, replacing them with brand new components.
We can also have the MINI GP2 damper fully serviced for an additional charge. We are able to replace damper struts, bump stops, boots as required with parts from stock so you are able to benefit from a complete same day turn around service.
You can choose to remove the damper from the car and ship it to us, we'll perform the strut service and return it to you. Alternatively visit our workshop where we'll remove the damper, service it and refit it for you. Please choose the most suitable option from the drop menu.

Lohen offers professional, in-house fitting for all products at our workshop in Eccleshall, Staffordshire. Here are the important things you need to know:
Fitting Cost - N/A fitting of the seal and bush is included in the price.
Fitting Time -1 hour per strut plus removal time and costs if this service is required.
Required Additional Items/Services - Suspension will need to be removed in order to service the strut. Front axle coilover removal is £79.50 and is included in the option fit at Lohen in the drop down menu..
Lohen Recommends - Installing top mounts while the dampers are removed to add camber adjustment to your suspension set up or taking the oppotunity to refresh tired or worn top mounts. Check for any cracks or tears in the rubber of the top mount.
