Designed specifically for the Gen2 MINI, KW V3 Coilovers offer between 30-55mm ride height adjustment, rebound & compression damping adjustment. Particularly suited for fast road use for owners that require personalised settings on the car. Delivery charges are based on weight (kgs) within the UK and Europe, International orders are based on volumetric weight and may be more than what you pay at checkout. Charges are the same when ordering online, by email or over the phone and include VAT. Items if in stock are dispatched same day (Before 2pm) and sent on a next working day service and includes insurance cover. See our main section below for more details.

Orders under £200 are sent by a DHL Express service that is usually a next day service and costs start from £12 depending on weight.

Europe and Rest of the WorldFor European and rest of the orders, parcels are sent by DHL and costs start from £12 up to 30kg per box. Delivery time takes between 3-7 working days depending on country.

The cleint is responsible for all import duites, taxes and processing fees which are payable to the carrier or carrier agent prior to delivery.

Returns
Refunds are available within 7 days after delivery for products that are unused and are in original packaging. Special order goods are non-refundable. Products that are damaged in transit to or from the customer can be refunded up to 14 days after the product has been delivered.
Refunds
Products returned to us in imperfect, non-resalable condition will not qualify for a refund. Products that are faulty due to the manufacturing process are refundable under the manufacturer's warranty for a limited time specified in the manufacturer's terms and conditions. These do not apply if the product has been fitted incorrectly or misused, motorsport use could further reduce the manufacturer's warranty.
If an order is cancelled or refunded the buyer is responsible for the return of the goods to such address as directed by the supplier and is at the consumer's sole expense. This does not affect your statutory rights.

Lohen offers in-house fitting for all products at our workshop in Eccleshall, Staffordshire. Here are the important things you need to know:

Required Additional Items/Services - No additional items or services needed.
Lohen Recommends - A recommended item for the coilovers would be purchasing new Powerflex bushes these are much stiffer which leads to no play in all suspension components. When this happens it enables the coilovers to work to there optimum level as there is no play in the components. We also offers a personal set-up specific to the ride and height of what you want.
