Delivery charges are based on weight (kgs) within the UK and Europe, International orders are based on volumetric weight and may be more than what you pay at checkout. Charges are the same when ordering online, by email or over the phone and include VAT. Items if in stock are dispatched same day (Before 2pm) and sent on a next working day service and includes insurance cover. See our main section below for more details.

Europe and Rest of the WorldFor European and rest of the orders, parcels are sent by DHL and costs start from £12 up to 30kg per box. Delivery time takes between 3-7 working days depending on country.

The cleint is responsible for all import duites, taxes and processing fees which are payable to the carrier or carrier agent prior to delivery.

Returns
Refunds are available within 7 days after delivery for products that are unused and are in original packaging. Special order goods are non-refundable. Products that are damaged in transit to or from the customer can be refunded up to 14 days after the product has been delivered.
Refunds
Products returned to us in imperfect, non-resalable condition will not qualify for a refund. Products that are faulty due to the manufacturing process are refundable under the manufacturer's warranty for a limited time specified in the manufacturer's terms and conditions. These do not apply if the product has been fitted incorrectly or misused, motorsport use could further reduce the manufacturer's warranty.
If an order is cancelled or refunded the buyer is responsible for the return of the goods to such address as directed by the supplier and is at the consumer's sole expense. This does not affect your statutory rights.

The Tarox F2000 discs are a great option for MINI owners who use their F series MINI for fast road and track day use. The curved grooves offer great cooling performance whilst maintaining disc strength for a long life even during demanding track use.
All F2000 Tarox discs are manufactured to original MINI specification so are TUV approved, heat-treated and hand finished for the smoothest possible braking surface.

Lohen offers in-house fitting for all products at our workshop in Eccleshall, Staffordshire, ST21 6JL. Here are the things you need to know:
- Fitting Cost - £90 Single Axle, £180 Both Axles
- Fitting Time - 1 Hour Single Axle, 2 Hours For Both Axles
- Required Additional Items/Services - No additional items or services required.
- Lohen Recommends - Whilst replacing the discs we would recommend checking to see if you need new brake pads as they may be worn and also new brake fluid as this will give your car the ultimate performance.
