Airtec Top Mount Intercooler For MINI R53
Using an Airtec Top Mounted Intercooler for the MINI R53 will help reduce intake and supercharger temperatures. This will allow you to push your MINI harder or track the car whilst maintaining safer temperature levels compared with the stock MINI intercooler.
The Airtec Top Mount Intercooler for the MINI R53 features a fin-style air deflector to force air from the bonnet scoop onto the intercooler core for more efficient performance. Along with cast alloy end tanks and no drilling required, this is a great bolt on upgrade for your MINI R53, which should offer reduced intake temperatures and improved bhp.
Upgrading your MINI R53 intercooler is highly recommended when reducing the pulley size or when remapping your MINI Cooper S or JCW. This is because these modifications increase the intake temperature and, if it gets too hot, the ECU will rein back power making the performance modifications redundant.

Refunds are available within 7 days after delivery for products that are unused and are in original packaging. Special order goods are non-refundable. Products that are damaged in transit to or from the customer can be refunded up to 14 days after the product has been delivered. Products returned to us in imperfect, non-resalable condition will not qualify for a refund. Products that are faulty due to the manufacturing process are refundable under the manufacturers' warranty for a limited time specified in the manufacturer's terms and conditions. These do not apply if the product has been fitted incorrectly or misused, motorsport use could further reduce the manufacturer's warranty. If an order is cancelled or refunded the buyer is responsible for the return of the goods to such address as directed by the supplier and is at the consumer's sole expense. This does not affect your statutory rights.
