Delivery charges are based on weight (kgs) within the UK and Europe, International orders are based on volumetric weight and may be more than what you pay at checkout. Charges are the same when ordering online, by email or over the phone and include VAT. Items if in stock are dispatched same day (Before 2pm) and sent on a next working day service and includes insurance cover. See our main section below for more details.

UK

Orders under £200 are sent by a DHL Express service that is usually a next day service and costs start from £12 depending on weight. 

Orders over £200 are sent for free by a DHL Express service that is usually a next day service

Europe and Rest of the World

For European and rest of the orders, parcels are sent by DHL and costs start from £12 up to 30kg per box. Delivery time takes between 3-7 working days depending on country.

The cleint is responsible for all import duites, taxes and processing fees which are payable to the carrier or carrier agent prior to delivery.

 

Returns & Refunds

Returns

Refunds are available within 7 days after delivery for products that are unused and are in original packaging. Special order goods are non-refundable. Products that are damaged in transit to or from the customer can be refunded up to 14 days after the product has been delivered.

Refunds

Products returned to us in imperfect, non-resalable condition will not qualify for a refund. Products that are faulty due to the manufacturing process are refundable under the manufacturer's warranty for a limited time specified in the manufacturer's terms and conditions. These do not apply if the product has been fitted incorrectly or misused, motorsport use could further reduce the manufacturer's warranty.

If an order is cancelled or refunded the buyer is responsible for the return of the goods to such address as directed by the supplier and is at the consumer's sole expense. This does not affect your statutory rights.

Description


The DV+ MINI N18 valve is part of GFB’s valve range that replaces inefficient original equipment. The DV+ valve replaces the standard plastic MINI valve with beautifully machined aluminium and retains the original electronic control so the Go Fast Bits' valve is still controlled by the MINI’s ECU.

The N18 variant is supplied in two halves; the valve and the solenoid. Hosing, included in the kit, joins these. The valve is split into two parts because engine bay space is tight on the N18.

The GFB valve improves boost holding capabilities which is ideal on tuned cars that have a increased boost levels. The GFB DV+ valve helps improve throttle response as it works faster. The benefit is particularly noticeable on gear changes and operating at 2000 - 3500 rpm. The DV+ N18 valve is slightly louder than the stock valve but still offers quiet operation.

If a louder noise is desired then consider the Forge Blow Off Valve, which will produce the typical "hiss" noise associated with turbocharged charges. The GFB DV+ valve does also address some of the typical failure points Lohen sees with the standard MINI valve such as pinched diaphragms and crack and broken plastic surrounding the diaphragm.

Suitable for manual and automatic cars.

Q. Does the DV+ valve bring on an engine light?

A. The DV+ valve should not flag an engine management light. We have however seen some examples when fitting a blow off valve that will cause an engine management light to be illuminated.
