Delivery charges are based on weight (kgs) within the UK and Europe, International orders are based on volumetric weight and may be more than what you pay at checkout. Charges are the same when ordering online, by email or over the phone and include VAT. Items if in stock are dispatched same day (Before 2pm) and sent on a next working day service and includes insurance cover. See our main section below for more details.

Orders under £200 are sent by a DHL Express service that is usually a next day service and costs start from £12 depending on weight.

Europe and Rest of the WorldFor European and rest of the orders, parcels are sent by DHL and costs start from £12 up to 30kg per box. Delivery time takes between 3-7 working days depending on country.

The cleint is responsible for all import duites, taxes and processing fees which are payable to the carrier or carrier agent prior to delivery.

Returns
Refunds are available within 7 days after delivery for products that are unused and are in original packaging. Special order goods are non-refundable. Products that are damaged in transit to or from the customer can be refunded up to 14 days after the product has been delivered.
Refunds
Products returned to us in imperfect, non-resalable condition will not qualify for a refund. Products that are faulty due to the manufacturing process are refundable under the manufacturer's warranty for a limited time specified in the manufacturer's terms and conditions. These do not apply if the product has been fitted incorrectly or misused, motorsport use could further reduce the manufacturer's warranty.
If an order is cancelled or refunded the buyer is responsible for the return of the goods to such address as directed by the supplier and is at the consumer's sole expense. This does not affect your statutory rights.

Description
The turbo downpipe with sports catalyst from HJS Tuning is designed to fit the MINI F54, F55, F56, F57 and F60 Cooper S and JCW models. Options are available for pre LCI (2014-2018) and LCI 2018-2022 - please select from the drop down the correct option for your car. Note that 2018 had some variation in fittings fro the factory so its advisable to check with us on the car produced during this time.
The downpipe design and cataylst structure aid the flow of exhaust gas that helps to reduce back pressure which results in better perfromance and a sportier exhaust note.
The HJS Tuning product is ECE Marked meaning it is suitable for use on the road and meets exhaust emmision laws and will not illuminate any emmision warning lights on the dashboard. Consqentely there is no requirement to have an ECU tune when installing this product. Installing the HJS Tuning Sports catalyst downpipe however allows tuner to push tuning harder than they otherwise could using the original the downpipe and catalyst which is why these items will be specified on Stage 2 upgrades.

Lohen offers in-house fitting for all products at our workshop in Eccleshall, Staffordshire, ST21 6JL. Here are the things you need to know:
Fitting Cost - £360
Fitting Time - 3-4 Hours
Required Additional Items/Services - A downpipe fitting kit consisting of clamps and gaskets is advisable.
Lohen Recommends - Consider the installation of a Cat-back exhaust system as well. This will then give you better gas flow and also adds extra bhp to your car and further improves the sportier note.

Q. Do I need an ECU tune with this product?
A. No. The HJS Tuning downpipe meets emmision control critieria in line with what the cars sensors expect to see. So there is no need to adjust this. Tuning when the HJS Tuning downpipe is fitted though will produce better results than with the standard downpipe fitted.
