Delivery charges are based on weight (kgs) within the UK and Europe, International orders are based on volumetric weight and may be more than what you pay at checkout. Charges are the same when ordering online, by email or over the phone and include VAT. Items if in stock are dispatched same day (Before 2pm) and sent on a next working day service and includes insurance cover. See our main section below for more details.

Orders under £200 are sent by a DHL Express service that is usually a next day service and costs start from £12 depending on weight.

Europe and Rest of the WorldFor European and rest of the orders, parcels are sent by DHL and costs start from £12 up to 30kg per box. Delivery time takes between 3-7 working days depending on country.

Returns
Refunds are available within 7 days after delivery for products that are unused and are in original packaging. Special order goods are non-refundable. Products that are damaged in transit to or from the customer can be refunded up to 14 days after the product has been delivered.
Refunds
Products returned to us in imperfect, non-resalable condition will not qualify for a refund. Products that are faulty due to the manufacturing process are refundable under the manufacturer's warranty for a limited time specified in the manufacturer's terms and conditions. These do not apply if the product has been fitted incorrectly or misused, motorsport use could further reduce the manufacturer's warranty.
If an order is cancelled or refunded the buyer is responsible for the return of the goods to such address as directed by the supplier and is at the consumer's sole expense. This does not affect your statutory rights.

If your MINI Cooper S or JCW R53 has been modified to the point where you are thinking of changing engine internals, certain parameters on your ECU will need to be changed to allow your MINI to run properly and improve performance.
The MINILINK Link G4x ECU provides a base map for you to start using your MINI as normal before changes to the map start being made. The ECU fits into the MINI OEM wiring loom without any modifications being needed making this a simple plug and play ECU for MINI tuners.
