Delivery charges are based on weight (kgs) within the UK and Europe, International orders are based on volumetric weight and may be more than what you pay at checkout. Charges are the same when ordering online, by email or over the phone and include VAT. Items if in stock are dispatched same day (Before 2pm) and sent on a next working day service and includes insurance cover. See our main section below for more details.

Europe and Rest of the WorldFor European and rest of the orders, parcels are sent by DHL and costs start from £12 up to 30kg per box. Delivery time takes between 3-7 working days depending on country.

Returns
Refunds are available within 7 days after delivery for products that are unused and are in original packaging. Special order goods are non-refundable. Products that are damaged in transit to or from the customer can be refunded up to 14 days after the product has been delivered.
Refunds
Products returned to us in imperfect, non-resalable condition will not qualify for a refund. Products that are faulty due to the manufacturing process are refundable under the manufacturer's warranty for a limited time specified in the manufacturer's terms and conditions. These do not apply if the product has been fitted incorrectly or misused, motorsport use could further reduce the manufacturer's warranty.
If an order is cancelled or refunded the buyer is responsible for the return of the goods to such address as directed by the supplier and is at the consumer's sole expense. This does not affect your statutory rights.

Description
The Lohen Power Pack 1 uses the highest quality hardware and software coupled with Lohen's expertise this produces an engine that oozes power and torque. We fit a Countryman/Paceman specific high quality Forge intercooler to deal with higher temperatures generated when placed under heavey load and rduce inlet temperatures. Uprated NGK spark plugs are fitted to deal with the increased demands placed on the ignition system and produce a brighter and larger spark. Air filtration is uprated from the standard MINI parts with an ITG panel filter to deliver superior filtration properties and increase air flow. The ITG filter also improves induction noise. To bring the hardware upgrades together and get the most out them and the MINI engine a Lohen Stage 1 tune is performed. The tune process does not require opening the ECU, instead the software is delivered through the OBDII diagnostic port in the cabin. The LohenStage 1 tune offers an increase of approximatley 40 bhp can be seen, however this does depend on the car. The Lohen Stage 1 tune is more intens when the car is put in Sport mode, but it is not switchable.
The Lohen Performance Package delivers the best results when run with a high octane fuel such as Shell V-Power however the tune can be corrected to run on lower octane fuels at the point of installation if required but this will sacrifice power gains.
The Power Pack 1 includes the following items and produces a saving of £136 over purchasing the individual components and fitting:
- Lohen pre tune check
- Forge Countryman/Pacemen specific intercooler
- Uprated NGK spark plugs
- ITG high flow panel filter
- Lohen Stage 1 ECU tune
- Dyno run
- Fitting of all components in the pack
