Delivery charges are based on weight (kgs) within the UK and Europe, International orders are based on volumetric weight and may be more than what you pay at checkout. Charges are the same when ordering online, by email or over the phone and include VAT. Items if in stock are dispatched same day (Before 2pm) and sent on a next working day service and includes insurance cover. See our main section below for more details.

Orders under £200 are sent by a DHL Express service that is usually a next day service and costs start from £12 depending on weight.

Europe and Rest of the WorldFor European and rest of the orders, parcels are sent by DHL and costs start from £12 up to 30kg per box. Delivery time takes between 3-7 working days depending on country.

The cleint is responsible for all import duites, taxes and processing fees which are payable to the carrier or carrier agent prior to delivery.

Returns
Refunds are available within 7 days after delivery for products that are unused and are in original packaging. Special order goods are non-refundable. Products that are damaged in transit to or from the customer can be refunded up to 14 days after the product has been delivered.
Refunds
Products returned to us in imperfect, non-resalable condition will not qualify for a refund. Products that are faulty due to the manufacturing process are refundable under the manufacturer's warranty for a limited time specified in the manufacturer's terms and conditions. These do not apply if the product has been fitted incorrectly or misused, motorsport use could further reduce the manufacturer's warranty.
If an order is cancelled or refunded the buyer is responsible for the return of the goods to such address as directed by the supplier and is at the consumer's sole expense. This does not affect your statutory rights.

Lohen has put together a package for high performance MINI owners who need a clutch that can handle more than 400Nm of torque, and a diff to help put that power down on the road.
This package will save you over £275 compared with our normal retail price and save you more than £500 if you had these two jobs done separately.
For a package that will transform the drivability of your MINI, handle over 470Nm of torque and still be drivable for day-to-day use, this is a must-have for any remapped Gen 2 MINI owner.

Lohen offers in-house fitting for all products at our workshop in Eccleshall, Staffordshire. Here are the important things you need to know:
- Fitting Cost - Included in the package price
- Fitting Time - Approximately 8 Hours
- Required Additional Items/Services - Gearbox oil, driveshaft seals, driveshaft nuts, diff bearings (Included in the package price)
- Lohen Recommends - While the subframe is down, why not fit Powerflex front wishbone rear bushes and front anit roll bar bushes and sharpen up the handling of your MINI?
