Schrick Camshaft For MINI N14 Engines (Gen 2)
Lohen offer the MINI camshafts as standard but this can be upgraded to the Schrick performance inlet and exhaust camshafts. The Schrick camshafts are profiled to increase the duration that the valves are open. This increases the volume of air and fuel entering the cylinders that allows for a greater amount of power to be developed. Lohen have selected the Schrick camshaft in the profile 248 as this offers maximum lift without the need for piston modification. To see best performance and running it is vital to couple the installation of a performance camshaft with an ECU remap to suit.

Q. Do I need an ECU tune when installing the camshaft?
A. In order to gain the most from the camshaft and to have the MINI idle correctly yes an ECU tune is highly recommend at the point of fitment.

Fitting Cost - £270
Fitting Time - 3 - 4 Hours
Required Additional Items/Services - Rocker cover gasket, inlet camshaft bolt, exhaust camshaft bolt.
Lohen Recommends - An ECU tune when installing the performance camshafts to ensure smooth running a to achieve the greatest performance.
Refunds are available within 7 days after delivery for products that are unused and are in original packaging. Special order goods are non-refundable. Products that are damaged in transit to or from the customer can be refunded up to 14 days after the product has been delivered. Products returned to us in imperfect, non-resalable condition will not qualify for a refund. Products that are faulty due to manufacturing process are refundable under the manufacturers' warranty for a limited time specified in the manufacturer's terms and conditions. These do not apply if the product has been fitted incorrectly or misused, motorsport use could further reduce the manufacturer's warranty. If an order is cancelled or refunded the buyer is responsible for the return of the goods to such address as directed by the supplier and is at the consumer's sole expense. This does not affect your statutory rights.
